Booking information

There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. You can park your car there free of charge during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends to the hotel. Registration is absolutely necessary, as some rooms are reserved for dog owners.We charge € 15.00 per day for dogs (without food). We recommend that you bring your own dog basket or the necessary utensils. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.

Your room is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know or call us during your arrival. If you arrive very late, we will be happy to prepare a night snack for you.

The unforeseen can always happen. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance - we will be happy to arrange this for you.

In spring/summer/autumn, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 14 days before departure - no cancellation fee - free of charge
• 14 days to 7 days before departure - 70% of the booking value
• In the last week before departure - 90% of the booking value

In winter, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 1 month before departure - no cancellation fee
• 1 month to 1 week before departure - 70% of the booking value
• In the last week before departure - 90% of the booking value
• In the event of cancellation before the deadline, the deposit will be refunded.

Transfer of the deposit in the amount of around 20% of the total amount per booking, this is due upon reservation! We will transfer this back to you in the event of a timely cancellation before departure.
